Looking at the crash in v5: the staging-copy indexing was wrong — threads wrote `c4*32 + h*8` float4 offsets (up to 448 floats) past the 256-wide tile row, running off the end of the 4 GB output tensor on the last row. The correct offset pattern is `c4 + h*8`.

For this final turn I'll take the **proven-correct v3 kernel** (best so far, 0.818x) and fix its one real weakness: the scattered 8-byte fragment stores (8 rows × 32B per instruction, spread across DRAM pages). Instead, C tiles are now **staged through shared memory** (reusing the A-tile buffer after the MMAs complete) and streamed out as **fully-coalesced 128-byte-line-contiguous float4 streaming stores**, which maximizes DRAM write efficiency for this write-bound 4 GB output. All v3 indexing that was validated (A/B loads, MMA, fragment layout) is kept identical, and the new staging path is index-checked to stay in bounds.

# Custom TF32 tensor-core GEMM specialized for the skinny-K case (K = 64),
# FP32 in/out/accumulate (TF32 MMA allowed by the precision rule).
#
# The problem is DRAM-write-bound: C is 32768 x 32768 floats (4 GB) written
# once, while A and B are only 8 MB each. This kernel minimizes all traffic:
# * Persistent CTAs keep their B panel (64 x 128) resident in shared memory
# across a 1024-row chunk of M, so B is read from DRAM ~once.
# * Work units are ordered n-fastest so concurrently running CTAs sweep the
# same M-chunk: their A-tile reads broadcast through L2, so A is read
# from DRAM ~once.
# * C tiles are staged through shared memory (reusing the A-tile buffer
# after the MMAs complete; 32 rows x 136 floats = 17 KB fits inside the
# 34 KB A buffer) and written with 16-byte streaming stores (__stcs
# float4): each warp store instruction fills complete 128B cache lines,
# 4 contiguous lines per instruction, maximizing DRAM write efficiency
# for the 4 GB output and keeping the write stream from polluting L2.
