You write custom CUDA kernels to replace the pytorch operators in the given architecture to get speedups.

    You have complete freedom to choose the set of operators you want to replace. You may make the decision to replace some operators with custom CUDA kernels and leave others unchanged. You may replace multiple operators with custom implementations, consider operator fusion opportunities (combining multiple operators into a single kernel, for example, combining matmul+relu), or algorithmic changes (such as online softmax). You are only limited by your imagination.

        Here's an example to show you the syntax of inline embedding custom CUDA operators in torch: The example given architecture is:

        ```
Optimize the architecture named Model with custom CUDA operators! Name your optimized output architecture ModelNew. Output the new code in codeblocks. Please generate real code, NOT pseudocode, make sure the code compiles and is fully functional. Just output the new model code, no other text, and NO testing code!
import torch
import torch.nn as nn
#   ConvTranspose3d (stride=2, pad=1, k=3, CI=3, CO=16)
#   + LogSumExp over channel dim
#   + HardSwish (x * sigmoid(x + 3) / 6)
#   + scalar bias subtraction
#   + clamp([-1, 1])
#
# Optimizations over a naive fusion:
#   * The (N, 16, D, H, W) transposed-conv result is never materialized; all 16
#     channels of each output voxel are accumulated in registers.
#   * Each thread produces FOUR horizontally adjacent output voxels (two
#     even/odd pairs). The same kernel weights apply to all four voxels, so
#     every weight fetched from shared memory feeds two FMAs, and the three
#     gathered input values (x0, x1, x2) are reused across voxels.
#   * Weights are repacked once per call into a [ci][kd][kh][kw][co] layout so
#     the inner loop fetches them as broadcast float4 shared-memory loads
#     (12 LDS.128 per tap instead of 48 scalar LDS).
#   * Fast SFU transcendentals (__expf / __logf / __fdividef) in the epilogue;
#     this matters a lot because the accurate expf used by the reference costs
#     ~20 instructions per channel.
#   * A template specialization for ID=16, IH=32, IW=32 turns all index
#     arithmetic into compile-time constants; a generic kernel handles any
#     other spatial size.
Result of evaluating it:
The solution is correct on the test inputs. Mean runtime 0.746 ms; the PyTorch reference (with TF32 enabled) takes 25 ms; speedup 33.512x.
Profiler, top device kernels of one forward pass of your solution:
| device kernel | total device time (us) | calls |
|---|---|---|
| void (anonymous namespace)::fused_kernel_spec<16, 32, 32>(float const*, float const*, floa | 718.3 | 1 |
| (anonymous namespace)::repack_kernel(float const*, float*) | 2.4 | 1 |
Write an improved complete ModelNew: fix any error, and if the solution is already correct, make it faster. Output the new code in one ```python codeblock. Just the model code, no other text, and NO testing code.
Precision rule: the timed forward must compute in FP32 (TF32 tensor-core math is allowed, as in the PyTorch reference). Do not cast inputs, weights or intermediate results to float16 or bfloat16 and do not call half-precision kernels in forward().
